Last night i got scared.
Sometime during the night i was so scared for my little girl, i didn't know what to do..
for a moment there, with her lying there on my body, i had to close my eyes and tell myself that she'll be fine..
The last few days we've been through a lot over here..
during the day, we wait for when the fever breaks so she can play a little..
and during the night, we pray for the whimpering to stop so she can sleep a little..
and then when it stops, i check out her heartbeat like every five minutes to be sure she's breathing (crazy, i know)
It's been so overwhelming, much so cos the brother just got well..
i'm stressed, mentally, physically, emotionally..
and when i get a little respite, i just come here and read you guys a little
though i didn't have much luck trying to write here..
I know, i am positive that she'll be fine..
God is already working
and all will be fine

ReplyDeleteI feel your concern as a mother. If a child is down, the mother is also down. It can be really worrisome.

ReplyDeleteMotherly instinct is to what to take away whatever pain one's child might feel, and it hurts when u cnt...but know that just lying next to you is soothing in itself... She can def feel ur love.
